  Sharing my personal experience - they could not file a simple 2016 tax return. I am still dealing with issues that were caused by their office with no resolution to the problem (almost a year later). I had to pay any refund I received back to the CRA - what a mess. I always filed my previous years’ tax returns online and on my own with NO problem. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place - save yourself the headache and aggravation.
